The Grave of Chisen Daitoku is located at Koyasan, a little east from the
East tower.
Chisen Daitoku（789～825）was a nephew of Kobodaishi Kukai who was the founder of Koyasan.
He was very smart from childhood, followed his master Kukai and went to
China with Kukai.
He died young at the age of 37.
His death was very sorrow for Kukai so he had built grave for Chisen .
